Secure Packaging

Place the item in its original factory packaging, including all eyepieces, manuals, and accessories, to ensure safe transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the package.

Verification and Refund
